האיסור המשטרתי על הפגנה פרו פלשתינית שתוכננה להערך היום (שבת) בברלין, אושר על ידי בית המשפט המקומי ולא ניתן לערער עליו יותר. המשטרה אסרה את ההפגנה משום שלדבריה קיימת סכנה שהיא עלולה להוביל ל"הסתה אנטישמית של האנשים, האדרת אלימות, נכונות להשתמש באלימות ולייצר פחד".
בית משפט לעניינים מינהליים של ברנדנבורג בברלין מסר כי הוא שותף לדעה זו, וזאת בהתייחס להפגנות ואירועים דומים מהעבר. עד 1,000 משתתפים נרשמו ל"הפגנה למען הזכות הבסיסית לחופש ההתכנסות והביטוי במלאת 75 שנה ליום הנכבה" ברובע נוקולן בברלין.
